person .Both kids have a tickling taste bud like me😋 us. Whenever her brother having dinner at table make sure she is also there to play atlas or quiz .He doesn't like to have alone.Every meal at home with her only. Even she is not in a mood to eat or chat .One of their mealtime play is Food Atlas .
Let's start the game with A
A for Akki roti
Akki Roti - Akki means rice flour in Kannada and tastes good with peanut chutney .
Preparation for 4-5 persons
Ingredients
3-4 cup rice flour
1 bunch dill leaves (washed and choped finely)
1 grated carrot (optional)
1 Onion finely chopped
Salt
grated coconut one handful
Pulse these 3
3 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
1 garlic pod (optional)
so it gives flavour and chilly won't bother in between bites
Oil if needed
water to prepare dough
Materials needed
Bowl
Oil packet cover cut all edges and use it for patting to avoid

Method
Take a bowl mix everything and leave it for 1/2 an hour -1 hour not more than that onion and greens starts leaving water. So it should neither thick nor watery .It should be pliable to make circle by pressing on hand or with roller gently.
Take a ball size and pat it on oil cover ,or takea ball close oil cover and roll it gently .Once the tawa is hot put it flip it on hand and place it on tava spread oil with spoon on edges .Flip it otherside . Akki roti ready to eat .
